Anise Sew-Along: Muslin Complete

Because I'm a slow seamstress and I've already acquired my fabric and notions, I decided to get a jump start on the muslin for Anise.  Based on my bust measurement and also to allow for room for my growing belly (14 weeks pregnant!) I cut this in a straight size 10 to err on the side of loose fitting.  I want to be able to wear it this winter (probably later unbuttoned.)  I assumed I'd have to do a slight SBA or maybe shoulder adjustment on this size, but actually it fits rather well in these areas.

It seems that on the whole the size 10 fits me almost perfectly and that I might not need any adjustment.  What I don't like, though, is the bagginess of the sleeves and the way the shoulders seem to droop.

Pardon this really terrible cell-phone picture, but it kind of shows what I'm talking about in the sleeves.  I might try to do some adjustments and re-set them in.

Stay tuned.  More progress to come.
